Monash Health Translation Precinct (MHTP) Research Week 2016: All welcome!

Monash Health Translation Precinct (MHTP) Research Week 2016 aims to highlight and showcase the ground breaking research taking place across the precinct, from Hudson Institute, Monash University and Monash Health. Register here

From 21 – 25 November, the MHTP Translational Research Facility will become a centre of activity as researchers and staff from across the precinct and all partner sites come together to celebrate and showcase the year’s research achievements.


Research Week shows the excellent and diverse research from the precinct, across a wide range of disciplines.  The focus of this event is on innovative research areas, sharing knowledge and networking.  There will be a networking and celebration event for staff across the precinct at 5pm on Thursday November 24.

  • Nursing and Midwifery seminar (25 Nov at Dandenong Hospital and Kingston Centre.  All welcome.  No registration necessary)

Monday 21 - Tuesday 22 November:
Poster competition and Early Career Researchers Awards.

A key element of Research Week is the poster display and competition, with awards on offer for Early Career Investigators and Best Poster.  A $500 prize will be awarded for the best poster in each category. The best ‘Early Career Researcher’ will be chosen from the abstracts and the top eight will be invited to present their research at an oral presentation.  The winner will receive a prize of $1,000.
Wednesday 23 November

3.05 pm – 5.00 pm     ECR Best of the Best
