Congratulations to our recently completed PhD students Natalia Contreras, Hannah Pearce, Ioanna Savvidou and Chu Kion (CK) Yao! Good luck in the next stage of the career pathway!
Our four recent graduates are:
Natalia Contreras, Monash Alfred Psychiatry research centre: "Cognitive remediation in schizophrenia - improving our theoretical understandings and translation into practice". Natalia was supervised by Dr Susan Rossell and Prof Jayshri Kulkarni.
Hannah Pearce, Baker IDI: "VCAM-1 targeted AAV6 gene therapy for atherosclerosis treatment". Hannah was supervised by Dr Christoph Hagemeyer and Prof Karlheinz Peter.
Ioanna Savvidou, Australian Centre for Blood Diseases: "Role of Wnt pathway dysregulation in Multiple Myeloma (MM)". Ioanna was supervised by Prof Andrew Spencer and Dr Tiffany Khong.
CK Yao, Department of Gastroenterology: "Exploring colonic fermentation and new technical applications for understanding functional & inflammatory bowel disease". Chu Kion was supervised by Dr Jane Muir, Dr Peter Gibson and Dr Jacqueline Barrett.
