Photo of the week: 2017 Day of Immunology

The Monash University Department of Immunology and Pathology were very involved in the International Day of Immunology celebrated in Melbourne with workshops for secondary school students, vaccination café, public lectures, photo exhibitions and more. Pictured here is our team at the Gene Technology Access Centre who were demonstrators teaching students basic laboratory techniques for immunology research. This program was run over two days for 191 students, 21 teachers and covered 21 Victorian secondary schools.
