CCS Travel Grant Outcome - 2019 Round 1

Dr Kelly Wyres – Infectious Diseases

Awarded $3000 in support of attendance at the European Congress on Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases (ECCMID), Amsterdam, and the Microbiology Society (UK) Annual Meeting, Belfast. 


Dr Jessica Borger – Immunology and Pathology

Awarded $3000 in support of attendance at the 5th CRI-CIMT-EATI-AACR International Cancer Immunotherapy Conference, Paris, and associated meetings in Scotland.

Dr Natalie Thomas - MAPrc

Awarded $3000 in support of attendance at the 8th International Association for Women's Mental Health (IAWMH) World Congress on Women’s Mental Health, Paris.

Dr Bridgette Semple - Neuroscience

Awarded $3000 in support of attendance at the National Neurotrauma Society Annual Meeting, Pittsburgh, USA.

Dr Nadine Andrew - Peninsula Clinical School

Awarded $2550 in support of attendance at the 11th Health Services and Policy Research Conference in New Zealand. Dr Andrew was also this round’s recipient of the CCS GEDI travel grant.
