Congratulations to the winners of our 3MT thesis CCS heat!

Central Clinical School's 3MT thesis heat was held on Thursday 9 June with ten PhD students participating. The judges were Professor Terry O'Brien, Dr Zoe Ding and Ms Julia Veitch.

Congratulations to our winners, who were: 

  • 1st: Emily Cockle (Department of Neuroscience) - Neuropsychological assessment protocol for brain mapping during stereo-EEG in epilepsy
  • Runner up: Courtney McLean (Department of Psychiatry) - Are measures of eating disorder psychopathology appropriately capturing vegans?
  • People's choice: Jurie Tashkandi (Australian Centre for Blood Diseases) - Antibody targeted metal-organic frameworks for diagnostics and therapy

    Fabulous to see ten of our School's PhD students amongst the 3MT action yesterday, amazing effort, well done to you all and congratulations to the winners!
