The
2014 Victorian Public Health Awards recognised Victorian healthcare providers in a wide variety of categories for their outstanding work caring for diverse patient groups.
Alfred Health was a winner in the "Excellence in quality healthcare" and the "Secretary's Award for improving patient outcomes and patient experience" categories, and highly commended in the Metropolitan health service of the year.
Monash Health either won or was commended in several categories. Congratulations to all healthcare providers - ultimately, their patients are the winners.
