The Department of Surgery hosted the 2018 John Masterton Public Lecture last month (Thursday 26 July 2018), given by Mr James Lee. Centred on "Thyroid cancer - towards a better paradigm", Mr Lee looked at the turning points of interest in the history of thyroid surgery and the challenges and potential strategies in managing the rising incidence.
