HERE'S SOMETHING NEW
AMREP Steps into the Future...
In the next few days, you'll see this A+ logo starting to make an appearance around the precinct. It's all part of the biggest changes AMREP has seen in years: A new commitment, a new name, and a totally new image. Next week, AMREP steps into the future as the Alfred Research Alliance.
If you've been here for any period of time, you probably already know that Alfred Health, Monash University, Baker Heart & Diabetes Institute, Burnet Institute, Deakin University and La Trobe University have cooperated and collaborated for many years here at the Alfred. Next week, a new era in that relationship begins, with the signing of a new Governing Agreement that reflects their continuing commitment to share a strategic vision, intensify collaboration and cooperate in a candid and positive way.
The name Alfred Research Alliance more accurately reflects the way we think and work here on this site. While place is important, the Alliance is about people - you, me and all of our colleagues - about the way we collaborate and the outcomes we can achieve. Whether you're a researcher, health practitioner, educator, student or administration professional, you are part of the Alliance.
Want to know more? Join us next week for info sessions, pop-up activities, prizes and giveaways, speed dating...and more!
