Perioperative medicine is an emerging field of medicine that has
developed in response to the increasing age and complexity of patients
and in the number of surgical procedures being performed. The course has
been developed as a collaboration between perioperative medicine
experts at both Monash University and University College London and aims
to provide a comprehensive overview of topics considered important in
the field.

Two Online Course Dates:
July Course: Monday 11 July – Friday 19 August OR
October Course: Monday 3 October - Friday 11 November
Mode: 6-week online course
Time commitment: 4-6 hours per week (on average). Participants are required to review 6 topics (one released each week) which includes self assessment questions within the topics, designed as education materials. There are no assessment tasks.
