Our six recent PhD graduates are:
Ms Eleanor Jones, Department of Immunology: "A reserve genetic approach to tetraspanin CD82". Eleanor was supervised by A/Prof Mark Wright.
Mr Man Kit Lee, Baker Institute: "Lipid metabolism in different monocyte and macrophage subsets in cardiovascular disease". Man was supervised by Dr Andrew Murphy with co-supervision from Prof Andrew Dart and Prof Jaye Chin-Dusting.
Mr Charles Milne, Department of Surgery: "Inner branched endografts for the treatment of aortic arch aneurysms". Charles completed his Master of Surgery under the supervision of Prof Wendy Brown, with co-supervision from Prof Stephen Haulon and Dr Geoffrey Neil Cox.
Ms Nicola Sandler, Department of Surgery: "The inflammatory response to surgery". Nicola completed her Master of Surgery under the supervision of Prof Russell Gruen and Dr Carl Hauser.
Miss Yaping Chen, Department of Immunology and Pathology: "Aberrant T helper cells in Autoimmune Diseases". Yaping was supervised by Dr Di Yu and Dr Louis Tsai.
Mr Craig McKenzie, Department of Immunology and Pathology: "The immunomodulatory role of short chain fatty acids". Craig was supervised by Prof Magdalena Plebanski and Prof Cordelia Selomulya.
