Congratulations to Dr Jeremy Wrobel for receiving his degree of Doctor of Philosophy. Jeremy's thesis, "Pulmonary hupertension in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease", was accepted in fulfillment of the requirements for the degree by the Graduate Research Steering Committee on Tuesday 11 March 2014. Jeremy was supervised by Professor Trevor Williams and A/Professor Bruce Thompson who both work at Allergy, Immunology and Respiratory Medicine (AIRmed).

Congratulations to Dr Jeremy Wrobel for receiving his degree of Doctor of Philosophy. 2013 Thoracic Society Australia and New Zealand awards for PhD student
Dr Jeremy Wrobel won two awards from the recent TSANZ Annual Scientific Meeting this year in Darwin, for his research on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD):Finalist, Ann Woolcock Young Investigator Award for "Positive pressure ventilation increases pulmonary vascular tone and reduces stroke volume in COPD".
