Day 1 of the 10,000 steps challenge starts next Monday 27th October and kicks off with the Monash Global Walk/Run so put your pedometer on and start clocking up those steps. A few important things to remember:
- Put your pedometer on first thing each day and login to the 10,000 steps website, and click on the log your steps link to enter your steps.
- Make sure you count other activities such as swimming, going to the gym, playing tennis etc by converting them into steps.
- If you have more than one Monash login/authcate, you will need to use the one that you used when you registered for the challenge.
- You can also check your own team/campus/university statistics by selecting the appropriate tab at the 10,000 steps website.
We look forward to seeing you at the starting point, the amazing Batu Caves, Malaysia.
Happy trails!
