The Central Clinical School’s Gender Equity Diversity and Inclusion (GEDI) committee aims to support and advocate for all its staff and students and regularly provides guidance or recommendations to the CCS Executive.

This Diversity & Inclusion week we would like to learn more about you and your needs. See more below or take the survey now.

Please complete this very short anonymous survey (it will take only 3-5 minutes - maybe during your lunch or tea break!), which will assist us to shape our future initiatives in supporting your careers and improving culture at the CCS. 

Importantly, we want to understand the breadth of diverse experiences of all CCS members and hear about any hurdles or barriers faced during your careers or studies. We would like to understand if your career has been impacted by diverse factors such as caregiver responsibilities, lack of mentorship or leadership, language difficulties, gender, workplace culture and financial difficulties and provide you with the opportunity to discuss these experiences. The survey also provides the opportunity for you to propose initiatives that you think would be beneficial to CCS staff and students. 

Sharing your story

For those staff and students interested in sharing their career stories, advocacy or other D&I conversations, in the CCS newsletter and the CCS GEDI webpage, there will be a separate link at the end of the survey.
